Gentle reminder::::

All employees are requested to make necessary arrangements for filling up and submit the Google form relating to Covid Vaccination status ( Google link already posted in the group) within 21.5.21 by 12 noon positively. Those who have already fully vaccinated are also requested to fill up and submit the form within the stipulated time for timely submission of the report to the Higher Authority.
